We're delighted to bring you another jam packed timetable for April - filled with old favourites, plus some great new sessions to take part in!

April sees a new, six week session with Adam Be Seen Be Heard, a fantastic course for anyone who is looking to develop greater confidence and/or self-esteem, or overcome self-consciousness and develop a sense of ease in front of others.

Carole our Navigator Developer from GL11 Community Hub continues her English as a Second Language Support Group, to help all ESL learners build their confidence.

As we start to come out of lockdown (hurrah!) it's the perfect opportunity to reflect on who you think has been courageous during these testing times (it might even be you!) and in doing so, how about joining Amanda in her textile workshop where you can make a Medal of Courage to recognise and honour those who have shown everyday courage.

Now Spring has arrived, you might be thinking about how it would be to work outdoors? Join Julie in her So you want to work outdoors session and find out more about what is available locally including rural crafts, hedge laying, stonewalling, chainsaw and tree work, wildlife surveying and ecological work.

Alongside this, we've got all our usual employability, skill and wellbeing based sessions including our Cheltenham and Gloucester Job Clubs, Job Searching Tips, CV and Cover Letter Workshop, Mock Interviews, Cookery Corner and Journaling for Positivity.

As always GEMonline is free, easy to access and open to everyone so please spread the word so we can support as many people as possible during this time.
