All help, advice and support is provided completely free of charge. The project will even support towards costs that you may incur whilst enrolled on this programme such as childcare and travel costs.

This programme is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund.

Yes.

You can still enrol on the GEM Project, however we will need a copy of your statement for our records.

This is entirely down to you.

You could be on the programme for weeks or even months depending on what you’re looking to achieve and how much support you need or would like. It may be that you enrol on a 12 week training programme or complete a 1 day course which leads to a job interview, the possibilities are endless.

Your Navigator Developer will work alongside you to develop your own personalised plan to work towards your goal. This will form the basis of your journey, providing you with the choice and control over your personal programme. This is a living working document and can be reviewed, adjusted and added to where necessary, as you continue to talk and work through your steps with your Navigator Developer.

They will support you through each stage of the process from your initial meeting until you have achieved your outcome.

This is up to you to decide with your Navigator Developer.

If you feel you need more support, you can arrange to meet with your Navigator Developer on a frequent basis, or it may be that as you start to have more confidence the number of meetings begin to reduce. This is entirely down to your circumstances and level of support you would like from the project.

That’s absolutely fine.

The programme is designed to help you and your requirements so if at any point you feel that you could benefit from another Navigator Developer supporting you, simply get in touch with the GEM Management Team on gem@ggtrust.org or 07422 972746 and we can arrange this for you.

If there’s something you’re not entirely happy with, please contact the GEM Management Team on gem@ggtrust.org or 07422 972746.
